I consider myself a well organised, approachable and conscientious team leader. I am able to achieve targets set b by upper management and also personal targets set by myself. I perform to a high standard independently and as part of a team at various levels within the company, giving consideration to the needs of the business and the personnel within it.Within my role as team leader I feel I have developed both professionally and personally.
