Survival of the fittest is a sure way to create division, reduce the entire groups' efficiency, and slow or even stop innovation.I was co-founder of an automotive electronics company that grew from zero and bootstrapped it to well over $1M revenue by my early 30's.On the marketing side, I have implemented a trade customer website portal. The monthly newsletter I have launched communicates new products, technical information and customer success stories to a group of almost 300 trade clients.THE PRESENT:In charge of daily operations as well as being involved in immediate and future company strategy at Hard Yards Building Services is certainly exciting and rewarding.Seeing the growth of individuals within the organization, as well as being able to support our clients, and help reduce their weekly load by proactively ensuring that we are on the lookout for their best interests.THE FUTURE:Personal growth is a constant in my life. I read, listen and watch daily on topics such as personal development, software and website automation for customer acquisition and education, business growth, and business systems.With my deep levels of experience working with all levels of personnel, I can bridge the gap with understanding and negotiation between departments that can often be at odds (for example - sales and production).In the end, we all agree it is the Client we need to wow, both now and in the future.
