I have reviewed and updated all the existing benchmarks to represent the current and future thinking/direction of the business whilst always considering the customer journey when in store or online. I am the owner and chair of the internal retail design group accountable for the governance of all new fixture development both internal and external from conception through to completion, regularly Liaising with the commercial teams to assist them with building robust business cases to support the development of Market leading retailing solutions. I have lead many project teams to the successful completion of creative projects which in turn have informed the future format developments and benchmarks of our store portfolio including the reinvest store format delivering an exceptional shopping environment for our customers.
