To assess the extent, requirements, performance and benefits of all London Underground remote condition monitoring (CM) systems and develop an integrated strategy for such systems to reduce maintenance costs. Support the development and implementation of CM Systems with business systems. Further development of centralised alarm management system. (Systems incl. Station Mechanical & Electrical infrastructure, asset monitoring, Track, Rolling-stock, Signalling assets).Initial viability assessment of new technology and application, (inc. managing trial projects).

Design, develop, roll out and manage a Condition Monitoring programme for London Underground Lifts and Escalators.Development of bespoke measurement and condition monitoring techniques. Project Manager for installation, IT interface and implementation of a remote condition monitoring system for 50 key Escalator and 6 Lift assets.
