• Lead warehouse reviews with the branches. Provide guidance and recommendations, using local/global usage history, inventory turnover, forecast, and product strategy.
• Load and maintain stockable/purchasing status, safety stocks, reorder points, sourcing rules, EOQ,.., allowing the correct generation of purchasing triggers for the Purchasing team.
• Owns the data integrity at the local level.
• Determine E&O levels at the branches and take appropriate actions w/ the branch: transfer to high running locations, transfer to the hub, conversions, sales initiatives, escalation to E&O taskforce,
• Track NC material and disposition. Ensure proper action from the branch and Quality.
• Lead and coordinate cross branches inventories initiatives: inventory rebalancing, markets shifts, transfers optimization, branch closure, consolidation or opening,

• Review items to purchase based on system recommendation from Contract forecasts, transactional forecast, and mill lead times.
• Work with demand planning when forecasts seem to be out of alignment.
• Determine if a purchase order is required or transfer stock from other location the might be in excess.
• Expedite purchase orders when a location requires material before schedule ship date.
• Work with product specialist on the best sourcing logic to buy material from.
• Track and update mill purchase order revisions and shipments.
