Director, Fraud Operations
Current>Responsible for the creation, management and continuous improvement of Bandwidth’s fraud and abuse policy and implementation. >Collaborates heavily with Bandwidth Product, Legal, Sales and Technology, this senior leader directs cross functional teams that find, investigate and shut down fraudulent and unwanted traffic as well as serve the company by consulting with internal and external customers to effect positive change in both the industry and the Bandwidth customer base. >Leader with proven experience solving complex, sensitive and fast paced business problems that require expert level communication skills and understanding of how fraud strategies mesh with Bandwidth’s greater business strategy and customer experience goals and vision.
