Steve Therrien serves as the Regional Vice President, British Columbia, on the Encore Canada team. Steve is a seasoned and people-centric leader. His technical expertise, coordination skills, and knowledge of production for events of all sizes (small to large, local to international) have contributed greatly to the success of the team. Having worked in the AV and events industry for over 24 years, Steve has taken on various roles across the trajectory of his career as a Technician, National Operations Manager, and General Manager before his current title. Prior to his career, Steve enjoyed working abroad and exploring different cultures through his international travels. With over several years of experience in the events industry, Steve strives to create exceptional experiences that meet the needs of Encore’s clients and exceed their expectations while remaining within budget and time constraints.
