Steve has for over 25 years successfully dealt with Federal Government and ANZ Public Sector organisations and associated ecosystems.This experience has been gained by working for large multi-national organisations, as well as smaller Australian firms, and has encompassed software, hardware, professional services and telecommunications remits. Steve has built an extensive network within the senior echelons of Federal and State political jurisdictions, as well as within the senior executive structures of ANZ Government organisations. He has built these relationships to benefit the multi-disciplinary efforts of the companies for which he has worked, and has based these relationships on building trust and dependability. He has focused on the delivery of business outcomes, and on the generation of value that results in success as measured by partcipating stakeholders and their respective stakeholders. .Steve has defined his career as a results orientated company change agent. He has been able to combine the attributes of leadership and passion with the skills and experiences of a leading sales director and business manager. The organisations he has lead have been responsible for successfully delivering the large scale and most recognised components of technology lead change, and many of the largest Public Sector transformations and programmes.
