Raw Mixture is a creative family run publishing house. We work between our studios in Pembrokeshire, Oxfordshire and Bath and are dedicated to creating inspiring, well written and beautifully illustrated books with integrity. We publish books, pamphlets and Unpsychology Magazine, as well as producing digital artwork and stationary. At the heart of Raw Mixture Publishing is a belief that we can get things done. My work offers a space for deep conversations, and an exploration of soulful living for artists, writers, therapists, activists and leaders, and deep wellbeing in progressive, values-led organisations. I offers psychotherapy, coaching and online programmes around climate change, twenty-first century soul-making, deep wellbeing, complexity and new transcontextual ways of thinking about the self.Recent publications through Raw Mixture Publishing include his 'PoetryMix' pamphlets; 'Blue Marble' – an long ecopoem illustrated by Ruth Thorp; 'Soul Meditations'and 'Lifesongs' – two small volumes of poetic meditations; and 'Soul Manifestos and Pieces of Joy' – a book of short essays on culture, crisis, ecology and soul. Author and editor of a number of books and publications, notably "Working for Wellbeing" with Jenny Blount, and various poetry collections.

Specialist in Employee Assistance and wellbeing programmes.Worked with Teacher Support Network and Worklife Support, leading the the development and implementation of major support programmes for teachers and school employees, including Teacher Support Online and the National Wellbeing Programme.

Worked as an advisory teacher and advisor in the Education service. Specialist areas included race equality, Travellers, Multicultural education, staff wellbeing and workplace counselling. Developed several major programmes including Employee Assistance Programme from 1995-2000.

Worked as a classroom teacher, school manager and teacher researcher during this period. Specialised in pastoral and race equality issues.
