Key Responsibilities- £27m P&L responsibility- Delivering over £137m worth of revenue over 4 boat lines ranging from 52 – 95 feet, across 4 factories- Managing a team of up to 600 staff- Managing ISO 18001 Health and Safety standard- Change Management: Lead, plan and support delivery of business excellence to optimise company performance. Develop management techniques to support this change- Financial and KPI management: To control costs and drive business improvement through managing and monitoring KPI`s- Process analysis: Develop an effective understanding of the processes and put plans in place that eliminate waste in whatever form it takes- Unit management: Plan, lead, manage and develop teams to provide measurable and sustainable benefits to the boat line- Champion quality Improvement: Reduce warranty spend and put the customer at the centre of the production process- Lean: Apply lean principles to tackle core issues effecting the build- People: Create a challenging and rewarding environment where health and safety is paramount

Key Responsibilities- Managing a team of up to 200 staff- I was a key member of the management team and have helped develop the site whilst implementing new practices and procedures- Plan and allocate labour resource for each team to ensure delivery dates were met in budgeted core hours- Manage, inspire and motivate employees through encouraging teamwork- Ensure the highest level of quality was maintained following the company build specs, drawings, product changes and procedures- Support the Business Unit Manager in planning, managing and developing teams, providing measurable and sustainable benefits to the boat line production in a healthy and safe working environment- Support the delivery of excellence to optimise company performance- Liaise confidently with all levels of management and other departments together with clients and suppliers

Key Responsibilities- Managing a team of up to 100 staff- Ensure the smooth running of my line whilst encouraging and driving forward CIP issues- Concentrating team effort to coordinate with other teams to ensure production remains on target and consistent. Taking a proactive approach to material shortages, checking deliveries will be on time- Put my team productivity first whilst keeping abreast of the overall performance of the boat line and factory- Responsible for managing the budget of my line- Maintaining a high level of quality and working practices adhering to applicable boat build specifications. Responsible for the Health, Safety and Welfare of my team in line with the company’s health and safety policy- Liaise with the Human Resource department on disciplinary issues- To act as coach and mentor to other team members to promote overall team performance and team spirit whilst encouraging multi-skilling and flexibility

Key Responsibilities- Managing a team of up to 15 staff- Applying company health and safety policies - Using company 5s methods- Maintaining a high level of quality and working practices amongst my team- Ensuring boats are built within specified budgets - Ensuring boats are built to technical drawing and build specifications- Acting as coach or mentor to my team members- Representing Sunseeker at all times in a professional manner
