It is used by BAC, Settlement Operations and Front Office Operations throughout a number of regions to reconciles the Imagine trading system against 9 other settlement and trading systems. • Leading a team of 6 in UK, China and India• Supports over 240 users • Technologies Sybase Transact, Oracle, Java, JSP, Servlets and Perl.DATA INTEGRITY – Deutsche BankMarch 2004 – August 2005Technical lead for the Data Integrity team and was responsible for the development and support of several Corporate Action Reconciliation’s.• I started the team and took on 2 developers. I was also responsible investigating and clearing some of the breaks. The reconciliation’s were continuously improved to automatically identify the cause of a break. I had to report weekly to senior management.• Technologies Oracle PL/SQL, Java, Unix Scripts and VBA(Excel).DATA PRODUCTS – Deutsche BankNovember 2001 – March 2004Founding analyst / developer of the Data Products team. A new reconciliation system for eSpear which is a Deutsche Bank in house front-to-back, straight through settlement systems.• Was responsible for the design, development and deployment of server reconciliations.• Provided 24h support for the overnight batch system.• Technologies Oracle PL/SQL, Java, Servlets, JSP, Unix scripts.

Took personally invented technology to market. Secured first round funding and recruited a five-man development team to develop the Surfagent product. o Surfagent is a Java client side HTTP proxy server. Proprietary technology includes client side fault tolerance, load balancing, proactive DeadSpace caching, auto software update, changeable HTML ‘skins’ and integration (JNI) with Internet Explorer and Windows.o Included in house XML parse / encoder, compressor, aggregator (iZip) technology to speed up web page downloads and reduce operating costs. o Server side design and implementation of CGI scripts, Java Servlets and JSP.o Novel user interface which embedded directly into the top of every web page a user surfed or popped in on demand.o Deployment for multiple customers demanded a highly object oriented design (UML). Runtime instantiation of core classes with XML control file to give maximum flexibility.o Customers would use the Surfagent to cost effectively provide timely, targeted and high quality content (regardless of bandwidth) to their users.
