Provided technical support via Windows Server 2012 for a 1000+ user environment on a DoD unclassified network.• Regular duties were to assist in helpdesk requests, monitor ARL’s private network via Splunk, manage Active Directory accounts and permissions, manage local and group policies, develop new and easy to use PowerShell scripts (.bat files) for users and System Administrators.• Participated in QA testing for software deployment to servers and users’ machines. College Startup Company:Created an application to help graduating seniors maximize their salary negotiation potential, based upon credentials and connect them with alumni in their network.• Migrated over 100,000 entries of data from the Penn State Post-Graduate Survey to Microsoft Azure to create a VM instance of Microsoft SQL Server.• Trimmed and found the most important data values when it comes to post graduation salary.• Ran many iterations of train/test models on Microsoft Azure, Oracle Cloud and AWS to determine best prediction accuracy.• Developed Front-end using Flask Web Application and Python.• Top 20 finalist from over 200 student applications.• Financial grant of 500$ awarded by the Penn State University to continue developing “Prospect”.
