Photography of the Apollo XIII 45th Anniversary and 2015 Astronaut Hall of Fame Galas. The Astronaut Scholarship Foundation (ASF) is a 501(c)(3), nonprofit organization established in 1984 by six surviving members of America's original Mercury astronauts. ASF aids the United States in retaining its world leadership in science and technology by providing scholarships to exceptional college students pursuing these degrees. ASF funds 19 $10,000 scholarships annually and has awarded $2.5 million to 226 students nationwide. More than seventy Gemini, Apollo, Skylab and Shuttle astronauts have since joined in this educational endeavor.

Recruitment of emerging photographers/illustrators for editorial features globally.Negotiate and establish rates with agencies that specialize in models, conduct castcalls for men, women, and stylists for hair/make-up/food.Directs and produce photo shoots as needed.Responsible for team of photographers shooting during the various fashion seasonsoccurring in New York, London, Milan and Paris.

Administered research courses to students for emerging technologies relative to internet distribution; attended seminars on the benefits of social media during the ISS show in Orlando; currently taking online courses to update retention methods of communication for students; Working with students during The Mall at Milenia Fashion week and Southern Women’s Show. Plan,develop and teach course instructional materials in fashion and retail topics including introduction to fashion and digital media. Hired and supervised photo department staff and interns. Managed annual budgets and billing for Condé Nast Digital online properties. Supervised teams of photographers shooting during the fashion seasons occurring in New York, London, Milan, and Paris. Negotiated, created and secured contracts and photo rights with vendors. Collaborated with editors, writers, and art directors on a daily basis under tight deadlines.

Contributing Judge for THE LOOK emerging fashion photography competition

Reviewed portfolios and interviewed new photographers for potential assignments. Acted as liaison between Agency and Photographers to confirm accuracy of assignments. Teamed with the W Magazine Art Department to edit and finalize the right concept for each story. Processed the payment of invoices for photographers and vendors. Negotiated fees of exclusive freelance photography agencies internationally.
