Reporting through to the Head of Information Systems, my key responsibility at REA Group was to lead up the Data & Reporting team who were responsible for providing sounds solutions to the organisation's data & reporting needs. To adapt to the growth of the organisation I worked on various projects to automate crucial data feeds as well as move towards a self service model by implementing various tools and capabilities throughout the organisation to sustain their own growth and gain better and more meaningful insights.

Working within the Emergency Service Policy & Support Division, my role as the Project Manager was to implement the Emergency Services Communication Masterplan PoW focusing on the Radio Terminals & Communications Replacement Project for both Metro & Regional Emergency Services. With my strong stakeholder management skills I was required to act on behalf of DoJ as the central agency to coordinate and manage the project on behalf of all emergency services agencies, including VicPol, MFB, Ambulance Victoria, SES, Life Savers Vic, etc. Governed by strict regulations I saw the submission of the Business Case for funding to BERC whilst working on the Long Term Strategic & Technical Plan for the next five years.

Reporting to the IT Manager at Willmott Forests Limited, my primary objective was to fulfil the void between the organisation and IT operations. My first accomplishment was establishing direction around the company’s internal software development team where I formulated a company recognised and accepted SDLC process and subsequently manage all ongoing system change requests including; Requirements Analysis, Design, Development, Testing, Implementation and training. My strong analytical skills allowed me to firmly grasp all key business operations and integrate appropriate systems with business processes to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness this included the implementation of the core CRM system as well as the Sales & Marketing CRM system. I utilised my previous tendering experience at Willmott Forests to engage and evaluate suitable vendors for the provision of the Payroll and Finance systems, this involved; authoring tendering documentation, publishing tender material, selection and evaluation of suitable vendors. The result led to a standardised tendering process and templates that was extendable to multiple business operations, not specifically IT systems which included outsourcing Grower Timber Insurance brokers. Supported by my project management experience I was able to ensure that all projects were delivered on time and within budget for both internal / external projects by formulating and communicating responsibilities, delegation of project activities, and the formulation and signoff of project plans and timelines.

During my time at Fast Track Australia, my prime objective was to increase the southern region client base by 100% over a 5 year strategy. I achieved a 400% increase in cliental during my time at Fast Track which was attributed to by my marketing strategy and direct involvement with the acquisition of new contracts and the implementation of new system for corporate clients. This involved large organisations in many different industries such as; Department of Defence, Royal Australian Air Force, Yarra Valley Water, Healthscope Ltd, Visyboard Australia, Pathwest Laboratories, Willmott Forests, Parsons Brinkerhoff and Royal Melbourne Hospital. My role as the project manager not only involved ensuring that the project would meet deadlines but also personally engaging stakeholders for requirements analysis, system design & configuration, testing & staff training. Due to the successful reputation of the systems I implemented, I established proven project management methodologies for system implementation that was applied to all new businesses. My analytical skills & strong working relationships with clients have often resulted in further business opportunities to find ways to promote and improve their business processes.

During my time at Tenix Solutions (LMT Australia), I was primarily involved with the management of the Company’s Quality Accreditation status (ISO 9001:2000) by establishing & administering the Quality Management System Framework & associated tools. I was also responsible for ensuring the organisation's Compliance Framework was in place and maintained whilst supporting the acquisition of new business opportunities including Port Phillip City Council, City of Wellington, City of Stonnington & Glen Eira City Council.
