Responsible for all day to day operations to include scheduling, workflow, quality control and customer service. Other responsibilities include parts procurement, inventory management/management systems and procuring new vendors and suppliers of parts and equipment. Also responsible for human resources, payroll and employee efficiency (company currently has 17 employees). Also responsible for the company's overall profitability which includes P&L report reviews and profitability meetings and adjustments to ensure efficiency is maximized as cost effectively as possible while maintaining employee morale.

Responsible for vehicle repair and maintenance as well as North Carolina State vehicle inspections. Quickly went from entry level technician to the number two technician within the company. Achieved Steering and suspension and brake ASE certifications as well as several Chrysler level certifications.

Squad Level (9-12 personnel) leader in a military police unit. Responsible for the successful completion of over 200 combat missions over the course of 3 deployments. Attended the US Army Equal Opportunity Leaders Course, as well as several other military related leadership classes and courses. Personally selected as the Ft Bragg Military Police Senior Desk Sergeant which made me responsible for all policing activities involving all of the Fort Bragg Community. Received numerous awards and honorably discharged in July of 2007.
