In my role, I work with our franchise development team to find and award new Interim HealthCare franchises to owners across the country. I also assist in the reselling of existing franchises whenever necessary. Together with our new owner onboarding team, we help new Interim HealthCare office locations get up and running to provide critical home and hospice care services to their communities. That support includes all aspects of opening an office, and we’ll work with them to truly get things off the ground, once open for about 12 to 18 months.I’m proud that since joining Interim HealthCare, we’ve really rebooted franchise development after many years of stagnation. Several new owners in the last 5 years have won the most prestigious award at our annual meetings. This is incredibly gratifying for me to see! Many of our newer owners are making a very positive impact in our Interim HealthCare community, and are becoming successful legacy owners. During my seven years with this company, I really learned and understood franchising, which was of course critical to my professional development. I was involved in all aspects of the business, which was a great introduction to the world of franchising.While in my role here, I played a key role in leadership and operations, and am proud to have helped the company be recognized on Entrepreneur Magazine’s Top 500 Franchises list three years in a row. Unfortunately, the company ran into financial issues, which led me to seek a new opportunity and ultimately led me to Interim HealthCare.

In my two years as Regional Operations Director at Caring People, I played a major role in building up and managing all locations in South Florida. When I decided to move on, the company had upwards of $3 million in annual revenue.
