Responsible for the development and implementation of an integrated sales, marketing and customer communications strategy to support sales objectives and deliver an outstanding customer experience. Leadership responsibility for the Marketing Campaigns & Lead Generation, Brand and Communications, New Homes Sales Team and Aftercare functions.• Improved new build sales revenue from £35m in 2017/18 to £94m in 2019/20.• Successful development and launch of a new brand: Persona Homes by Home Group. • Built a 360 view customer feedback programme across the end to end journey.• Led the development and implementation of a ‘Dynamics’ based CRM contact system.• Overall reduction in cost per lead of c25% from 2019/20 to 2021/22 combined with overall lead conversion improvement of 30% and driven by automated marketing technology.

A key part the Executive Management Committee with overall leadership responsibility for the development of an effective and integrated Customer relationship strategy, utilising multi-distribution channels (retail branches, call centre/telephone, post, digital and intermediaries). Responsible for following business functions:-- Marketing & Brand Development - Corporate Communications (internal and external), PR & Media Relations - Product and Proposition Development - Retail branch network comprising 30 outlets - Customer Contact Centre - Mortgage Distribution (inc. intermediaries/B2B) - Financial planning advice subsidiary (Newcastle Financial Services Limited)Key Achievements:-- Developed new multi channel distribution strategy which increased mortgage lending consistently from £81m in '11 to a record £496m in '16 - National recognition for Marketing excellence in winning prestigious CIM ͚best financial services campaign awards in 2009 and 2011 - Devised and implemented a ground breaking strategic partnership with a local council to operate the nations' first ever building society branch from within a community library. - Built a genuinely innovative and highly effective Community Engagement Strategy including a Financial Education Programme, which has influenced over 2k primary school children to date. - Enormously successful strategic product tie in with the Sir Bobby Robson Foundation which generated record savings balances and raised over £2.5m for a truly worthy cause.
