Leading 'The house of the Bull' (550 colleagues) to be the best brewery in a Better World. Apart from this, vast investment projects spice up the activities. Good results, important improvement in IR relations. (AB-Inbev partner).

Leading one medium brewery (Dommelen (235 colleagues) and one small brewery (Arcen). Won the Zone competion for Operational Excellence of the Western Europe zone in 2011 coming from a mediocre position. In 2012 the Brewery won the Global Competition. (Partner of AB-Inbev)

Strategic project for the zone in order to optimize the productportfolio. A lot of cross-functional negotiations and very challenging times to get things moving, but good result alligned with strategy of the group.

Final responsibility for the Feed Plant of Merksem. Conducted complete reorganisation in order to boost quality and profitability.
