Vice President, (2002 – 2011)• Provided leadership at the corporate headquarters in terms of sales, marketing and recruiting, driving the achievement of key business goals and objectives. • Successfully opened, managed and grew a brokerage operations center, working with a group of anywhere from 4-8 individuals. • Worked in collaboration with a software developer to develop custom software that successfully interacted with out customer’s online systems. • Joined the company in 2002, working in the operations center and accounting department, completing a wide-range of tasks related to invoicing, credit, collects, IT and computer hardware, sales, marketing and staff recruiting.- Took a dormant account, utilizing account management best practices to grow it to be the highest sales/highest profit company at Freight Tech during that specific time frame. - Successfully converted all employees over to being their own independent agents under Freight Tech.
