I am a well-motivated person very dedicated to my work who strongly believes in safe lifting and rigging practices. To be able to lead a rigging team will always be a challenge. That is why safety is my most important goal. Through my years of experience working in the industrial, chemical, construction, engineering, mining and civil sectors, I have worked with all types of people no matter what race or colour. The main objective is positive and clear communication to the team and that all team members understand what has to be done and that safety always comes first. My ability to do on the job coaching makes me believe that rigging and lifting is not just a job but an adventure! Other rigging solutions must always be considered for company cost saving. I have the ability to site establish all types of cranes which includes reading crane load charts, load calculation, heights of the job, rigging studies and risk assessments to perform safe lifting activities. The knowledge of all types of lifting equipment, inspection and maintenance is also one off my strong points. I believe that if I would be considered for this position I can be an asset to your company because I feel I have enough experience in the rigging field to overcome any hurdle that crosses my way.
