Conducted regular staff meetings to review progress, accomplishments, budgets, strategies and plans for the department. Supervised planning, Implementation and presentation of fire safety and fire prevention programs for the education of the contract personnel and Fire combat personnel. Currently Working in Afghanistan as the Fire Chief and an additional duty as the ISDR Incident Commander, on Wildland Fire within the Inter-Agency Task Force for Disaster Reduction. Supervised operator inspections and maintenance of fire vehicles, and insured the upkeep and protection of all fire organization property. Insured safe arrival of vehicle with full complement of equipment and personnel at the emergency scene, serving over 4500 personnel over 10 square miles of area.
