Steve is a principal consultant with AgencyAgile, a business and operations consulting and training organization for marketing organizations. Steve has lead agency and client-side marketing group transformations in the US, Canada, Ireland, the UK, and Australia/New Zealand regions. Steve is also a founding member of the Society of Digital Agencies (SoDA) and served on its board of directors for 2 years before accepting the position of Executive Director for SoDA. Upon developing a new multi-year strategic plan for the organization and implementing many of its objectives he fulfilled his interim position after the hiring and training of the new Executive Director. Steve remains an active member of the organization, and taught Strategy and Project Management at the SoDA Academy.With no cash and a fresh business plan, Steve co-founded Juxt Interactive in 1998, as a digital design and technology agency. As CEO, he grew the shop to be an internationally recognized, award winning digital marketing agency servicing clients such as Kawasaki, Target, Coca Cola, Sam Adams, Boost Mobile, PacSun, Volkswagen, Shimano, Sony, and Shea Homes among many others. Juxt has worked with numerous large agencies such as Goodby-Silverstein, Arnold, Chiat, CPB, and FCB.Juxt was sold in 2008 to the George P. Johnson Company.Steve has served as a board member for the Ad Club and spoken at numerous conferences such as SXSW, and lectured at USC’s Annenberg School of Communications graduate program on Interactive Marketing and UCI’s graduate strategic marketing program.
