ADE is a leading national environmental consulting firm that specialises in occupational health and safety, contaminated land and geotechnical services. During my time with ADE, the company experienced unprecedented growth and expansion, increasing ten-fold in staff size. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager and Managing Director, my role involved pre-construction / construction phase Contaminated Land Management on some of Australia's largest infrastructure projects. Mobile Documents Solution - An idea that grew after noticing inefficiencies in field notes and organizational management of field based consultants within ADE. The system was rolled out in October of 2014 following a year of development and testing, substituting paper timesheets and methodologies with Formtronix’s html forms accessed from every employee’s company phone. The system has improved oversight of employee site time and specific scopes of work, which in turn allows for an increased proficiency when invoicing clients and works well with the company’s IMS procedures. The success of the features lead to some of ADE's clients and subcontractors adopting the system.Key Features:• An electronic platform for company / industry specific field documents.• Streamlines and standardizes field note taking by consolidating documents to your mobile device.• Provides real time information to management for companies with field-based employees.

Key Responsibilities: • Assessed the feasibility of potential future wind turbine development sites.• Assisted in the research / development of solar-diesel hybrid power generation projects for remote communities in the Yukon and Northwest Territories.• Researched future diversification projects including smaller scale wind sites, cold ironing, and the marketing of sustainable oil-filtration technologies.

- Led and supervised certified scuba divers.- Planned and executed marine surveying and reef cleaning exercises. - Assisted with PADI Open Water, Advanced and Rescue Diver courses.
