Stein Pyrolysis Process using oily rags with biomass to balance the C.V. Two Finning gas engines providing 3.8 MW generated power. Plant in final stages of commissioning, although modifications to the process is ongoing.Engines have yet to be commissioned/mapped and complete a guaranteed run.Operations team at moment is minimal manning levels.

Initially involved with the construction of the site and installation of Plant and associated equipment, working in conjunction with contractors and site personnel.Progressed to site acceptance, testing and commissioning of Plant and equipment..The management of operations personnel in the commissioning of the Gasification Plant and associated.equipment and auxiliary systems.Achieved 1.5 MW power output during the commissioning programme, exporting to the grid.Responsible for the Operation of ITINRG plant and processes in maintaining reliable and economic generation of electricity in accordance with ITINRG's protocol.
