I established Equity in a small office in Columbus in 1987. On my first day, even as I sat alone in that office, I always had the mindset that this was a national company. As a life-long, incurable entrepreneur, I never wavered from that vision, and, as a result, the company has grown to ten offices across the country filled with energetic, highly talented people. Today, Equity is known as a leading commercial development, real estate brokerage, and property management company with an emphasis on healthcare, retail, and office. In addition to serving as CEO of Equity, I am also CEO of our affiliated, independent construction company, Equity Construction Solutions (ECS).
