Working as part of an Area Team to oversee operations of 53 Betfred branches across East Anglia. Managing performance against KPIs and ensuring high standards and customer experience.

Responsible for the multi-site management of over 50 branches, and circa 300 staff members. Responsibilities include:- Performance management and achieving target KPIs. - Excellent use of several business tools, including all Microsoft software, Power BI, Power Apps, and Genially. - Ensuring compliance along Gambling Commission guidelines. - Management of departments within the area, including Area Supervisor, Area Operations Assistant, Area Admin Manager, and Area Staffing Coordinators. - Overseeing all parts of recruitment, from managing a recruitment team, to onboarding, to full training periods. - Managing the development of staff members from multiple levels within the company. - Close liaison with and a good understanding of HR and employee engagement. - Managing ongoing development of staff to aid with performance growth and regulation compliance. - Multi-site retail standards improvement and a focus on high levels of customer experience. - Creating and delivering training content. - Managing disciplinary processes.

Overseeing the transition of 21 new branches into the business. Assisting in multi site management of 56 shops and managing operations on racecourses.
