-Responsible for driving sales for TrueNet’s Professional Services and Wireless divisions across North America-Pair customers with the best solutions to meet their needs and challenges

-Managed Engineering operations for large business accounts in the Central US. -Was responsible for preparing TrueNet for large scale wireline projects with specific focus on Outside Plant. -Developed people, process and tools, partnerships with large suppliers, OSP costing of all opportunities via custom models and well as advising senior management on the various complexities and concerns on potential business ventures.

-Responsible for all facets of managing Blue Streak LLC and the sole lead of the company and its 181 employees. -Directed all business decisions including managing P/L, personnel decisions, new business opportunities and interface with our customers. Blue Streak is primarily an OSPC construction and inspection company with minor but increasing focus on OSPE, Wireless (5G/small cell and last mile). -Managed an annual sales objective of $25M.

-Responsible for preparing FNC for large scale wireline projects with specific focus on Outside Plant. -Developed people, process and tools, partnerships with large suppliers, OSP costing of all opportunities via custom models and well as advising senior management on the various complexities and concerns on potential business ventures. Projects we were pursuing ranged from $10M to $2B.

-Responsible for customer contact, negotiations, business case development and deal closing for major US Carriers. During this period, negotiated over $200M in business with AT&T, Verizon, Google, CenturyLink, TDS, Hargray and Cox.-In 2016, I led team to develop pilot program for Verizon One Fiber in Seattle, WA. This initiative was created by Verizon to share their fiber infrastructure across their core companies (VZB, VZW, VZ) to bring fiber to macro and small cells and chose Seattle as the pilot. Worked with VZ to create all key practices and procedures as well as design techniques for the One Fiber concept. These practices are used nationwide for all new deployments. Also ran operations for first 8 months to create high level design and well as complete approximately 50% of permit designs for the Seattle metro.-Worked with municipalities and agencies to improve and streamline the permitting process to improve project timelines.
