I am a “full service” PM, who executes all aspects of a project, from vendor selection to contract negotiations, resource planning, blueprinting/design, execution, testing, reporting, and analysis. Responsible for developing cross-functional teams to perform gap analysis, prioritize needs, analyze risks and communicate with all levels of management in order to ensure successful delivery of the desired solution.I have worked on multi-national, cross-disciplinary projects, utilizing expert communication skills to facilitate task completion while getting to know people and how to find common ground. I work best in an environment where the PM is empowered to make fast decisions, be agile and is expected to see the big picture with input from senior management through to front-line stakeholders.
