Working with Industry Wales on the BITES program and AMRC Cymru on Ffatri 4.0 Digital Factory of the Future Project to transform The Pudding Compartment into a world-class SME Industry 4.0 bakery. This includes implementing relevant technology ranging from low-cost data collection sensors to a fully automated robotic line.
