I have spent considerable years in the housing industry, primarily focused on customer service, prevention of defects, and managing Tarion.I have watched and experienced changes made by Tarion and the Ontario Building Code mandating increased warranties, improvements in the home buyer experience, and increased quality of homes. Tarion is presently undergoing a serious governmental review due to purchaser dissatisfaction. To meet these challenges I believe the industry needs to align their processes to address home buyer expectations, manage trade performance, and manage Tarion.I am now engaged in working with builders, service companies and other related industry participants to this end.
