I started my career in the construction industry in 2005 as a window installer, learning all aspects of Glass and Aluminum Facades for both commercial and residential high rise building projects. I worked on many projects as an installer in Canberra and Sydney over a span of 4 years, before being promoted as a supervisor and placed in charge of several successful installation projects over the next 7 years all over Australia.I am currently working as the General Manager for Supaglass Industries in Canberra, where I started in 2016. I am in charge of a fantastic and experienced project team and state of the art window manufacturing factory, delivering projects for high end domestic, residential high rise apartment buildings and all types of commercial projects. I am committed to delivering small and large projects on time and with a strong focus on quality and energy efficiency.I believe that being involved in projects at an early stage with builders, developers and architects gives us an edge and is what sets us apart from our competitors.With this in mind we are able to deliver high quality projects with the most economical and fit for purpose outcome for our clients and stakeholders.I am also involved in aluminum window and door design and testing, focusing on thermally broken aluminium framing systems and high performance glass products to reduce Australia's carbon footprint.At Supaglass I have designed and created with my team an entire range of thermally broken double and triple glazed window systems aimed at builders and developers at an affordable price, to comply with mandatory 7 star ratings in the ACT and surrounds.I am very passionate about what I do, I am a leader, trainer and motivator who is continually learning and growing my expertise as a construction professional in the facade industry.
