Set up and successfully launched a new Business School for Activate Learning. Leading a team to deliver Learning and Development comercial solutions, pysychimetric profiling and professional apprenticeships.

• Led a team of 10 Learning Consultants and Project Managers working within the various Global departments of a Bank to scope, cost, design and handover a range of learning projects. Careful stakeholder management across different locations, countries and time zones ensured that all projects delivered to time and budget• Successfully led the project to introduce an induction for the Relationship Managers who look after the Bank’s wealthiest customers around the globe. By utilising a blended approach to delivery, time away from clients was minimised, whilst increasing the quality of interactions the Relationship Managers were having. The solutions were translated and localised to deliver in 11 different countries and 8 languages. Adherence to legislation around the globe was critical, and only possible through the excellent relationships built and maintained with stakeholders• NIFO consistently above 25% profit for GP Strategies on all projects• Introduced Balanced Scorecard documents and processes as a core Performance Management tool in the UK
