I have worked within the Healthcare Waste industry for over 30 years, during this time i have successfully formed 3 x companies that have had separate hazardous/clinical waste/ washroom divisions. Whilst building these companies i have built strong working relationships with similar healthcare waste/washroom companies.Over the years i have been a successful Sales Manager, Transfer Station Manager and a Transport/Operations Manager.In 2007 i gained my COTC Level 4 in Waste Management Operations - Managing Transfer Hazardous Waste (Clinical 4TSHC).I was awarded a Distinction in the Positive Impact Programme (Developing People Management Skills) The course covered Communication, Coaching, Leadership, Delegation, Team Building and Performance Management in 2007. I gained my CPC Level 3 Certificate of Professional Competence in National Road Haulage in 2009.In 2022 i attended the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) course 'Industrial Air Pollution Monitoring' organised by University of Leeds.
