Implemented a 3D data storage tool. Eliminated the probability of double or missed orders by tracking all material aspects of a project through the development of a spreadsheet that tracked all of the bill of material (BOM) items with order date, lead time, cost, arrival date on the sheet and eventually used by all IES project teams. Enabled project issue tracking by creating a tracking sheet, now used on all IES projects, that captured fresh issues and monitored the status of the handling, resolving, and approval process.
