• Revised quoting system for new parts to properly reflect cost structure
• Implemented pricing program on tooling to cover all tooling costs and provide an adequate return
• Negotiated 20% raw material price reductions amounting in cost savings of over $300,000
• Generated tooling standards for new tooling which provided a standard tooling for production, which help reduce set-up time
• Developed new sources for repair & maintenance components to reduce costs by over 50%
