Responsible for providing stability, leadership and transparency in all areas of National and Regional Sales. Created, developed and managed Sales Support organization to continuously improve sales partner and merchant experience. Partnered with product and sales teams to roll out and measure the efficacy of new products and promotions. Worked with EVP of National Sales, President and COO, and sales leadership on product development, reporting, forecasting and support. Built and managed sales and expense budgets, forecasts and predictive sales models.As VP of Operations, responsible for managing Operational functions including Credit & Administration, Underwriting, Customer Service, Asset Management and Collections. Was the Senior Underwriter for CAN for over 6 years. Developed the scoring and underwriting protocols that became the standard in the Merchant Cash Advance industry. Recruited, hired, trained and developed top talent across all operational areas. Built transparency, flexibility and redundancy into every department and job function. Took a hands-on approach to managing all operational functions, and eliminated barriers between departments. Maintained a high-morale, high-energy, professional atmosphere via empowerment, delegation, open lines of communication and leading by example. Served as a mentor and resource to new hires at all levels of CAN. Participated in interview process for new executives.

Contracted through Robert Half International to manage critical financial responsibilities. Responsible for cash flow modeling, month-end closings, account reconciliation, supervision of accounts receivable and billing functions, inventory control and process documentation and improvement.

Performed financial analysis and monthly reporting for five national sales regions. Compiled and interpreted revenue figures, expenses, sales trends and exposure to bad debt. Met with senior sales executives to review sales and expense data and establish forecasts. Created ad-hoc reports and analyses as needed. Assisted with the resolution of contract issues as appropriate.

Responsible for all financial functions of a fast-growth, dynamic information technology company. Managed accounts receivable, accounts payable, invoicing and financial reporting. Produced payroll and general ledger entries. Designed collection policies, procedures and reporting protocols which succeeded in holding past-dues under 7%. Effectively maintained control of 420% YOY growth with nominal staff growth.

Managed all aspects of Operations for a start-up C-LEC. Grew company revenues by 800% in 12 months.
