I undertook 3 interim contracts of between 3-4 months each, working with company leadership on sales strategy, sales team dynamics, talents & skills and implementation of sales training & coaching programs.all 3 contracts were with small, medium UK companies in the interiors industry, looking to grow their position in the market, or finding that they had reached a plateau with their current structure.

Directly responsible to the European Executive Leadership team, I drove sales in the ME region through a team of 10 direct reports and 13 distribution channels across the region including the GCC, Levant, Iraq & Pakistan.I achieved consistent YoY growth, from 6.5M to 10M Euro despite turbulent geo-political factors & global competitor activity.my daily responsibilities included working directly with UK, US & Global architects & end-users, delivering concept design, supply & service agreements across major projects within the region.I also delivered a distribution partner training program designed to raise their knowledge of specification sales needs - this program increased contact with the A&D community by 180% and drove specification led project pipelines to 165% of annual target

I overhauled how our Customer Service teams support sales & account management, creating a trade team that handled small order business. This led to approx. 30% increase in volume & value of small orders through our distribution channels, as well as a 20% increase in specification projects logged in the CRM through higher time-on-task for the account managers.Built brand loyalty within the A&D specification community as well as the key national & global end-users, signing long-term supply contracts worth approx. 1.2M Euro annually.
