I’m a foodie at heart, versed in classic cuisine, also lucky enough to have learnt about Chinese food, of which I have a fond passion for. I’d like to think I’m versatile and won’t shy away from a challenge. I enjoy mentoring people and watching teams grow. Which I believe is great for productivity of any thriving business. I believe in using the best quality product that can be afforded and enjoy working closely with small producers. Also exposed to Alain Ducasse, 3 star Michelin.The biggest achievement was the 25/30 the Zagat guide awarded us in 2012 at 'The Grill'An amazing 4 years at one of the worlds best hotels.
