Established approved budget, created transition contract with 3rd party developer firm, hired on-shore and off-shore resources and conducted hands-on training with new staff to successfully complete the transition in 6 months. • Moved North American Fleet Platform to AWS as Member of Transition Leadership team Engaged with Dev and QA teams to define the environment infrastructure and services required to do full stack development, testing and deployment in AWS. Platform provides nearly 60% of WEX Revenue.Helped define and build the migration plan to successfully move this major production platform in one weekend to minimize business interruption.• Facilitated adoption of the SAFe Agile methodology for North American Fleet Software Development Life Cycle managementServed as the Solution Architect for the North American Fleet Release Train and served on the Solution Management team for five Program Increments.

• Built and managed a diverse team of 14 Business Analysts, Data Architects, Data Engineers and Reporting and Application developers charged with the on-time design, delivery and maintenance of critical back-end operational business systems and solutions Created a custom-designed Quoting and Billing system in Salesforce that leveraged a 3rd party Subscription Billing Cloud-based system (Zuora).Completed the build out of the Data Integration Hub used for consolidated operational reporting and Business Intelligence analysis

Analyzed existing systems and created functional system design documents. Produced RFPs and led evaluation and purchasing of over 6 COTS applications for the new Fleet Management platform.Designed a purpose-built Report Scheduling, Creation, and Delivery platform utilizing the Reporting Data Warehouse that was based on a Star Schema design. Partnered with Product Development to designed and build over 200 business operational reports scaled to generate quantities exceeding 100s of thousands of daily and billing cycle-based reports.Provided internal users a web-based Report Management portal to provide easy access to all reports generated and included an API to deliver reports to External WEX online customers.
