• Establish and update standard material cost and standard labor cost• Track actual cost compared to standard cost and report on cost changes• Work with requisitions, bill of materials, purchase orders, and cost centers• Complete daily journal entries, weekly ad hoc reporting, and monthly account reconciliations

• General ledger accounting for non-profit organization• Review transactions for accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll• Perform month end closings, P&L statement review, budget performance by department, report on cash flow management, bank reconciliation, and financial statement• Oversee annual distribution of W-2 and 1099

• Perform various accounting functions, budget projections, and financial analysis• Supervise up to 13 staff and project coordinators• Maintain all state licensing, regulatory compliance, and company certifications• Oversee operations for asset purchasing, maintenance, leasing, transportation, and compliance
