Founder of CCG Metamedia in 1985, a pioneering digital healthcare communications agency, and sister agency Quicksilver Science in 2006, a digitally focused medical education agency. In 2009, CCG and Quicksilver merged as Cell Division, which became part of Havas Health in 2011.Rothman led his company’s creative team and guided growth through 25 years of industry change. CCG was among the first of a new breed of digital healthcare communications agency, combining marketing and strategic depth with the ability to deliver communications across multiple media channels. He has developed and contributed to hundreds of campaigns and programs for major pharma and life science clients through the years, dozens of which have won industry awards — including integrated marketing communications initiatives, internal employee/sales communications programs, executive speech-writing, and a range of large-scale exhibits for product launches. Rothman has special expertise in branding and campaign concept development. As a conceptual thinker and writer of wide-ranging scope, Rothman is a creative leader focused on fluid and effective collaboration to develop programs, campaigns, and tools that make a difference for clients, and challenge convention whenever the opportunity avails.Before founding CCG, he was a journalist for Dun & Bradstreet publications, a public affairs manager at PepsiCo, and an account supervisor at a PR agency now part of Weber Shandwick.
