Finally, he returned to the retail world in the role of implementation and account manager for Traverse Systems, where he has worked for over 17 years. Steve has used his project management acumen to streamline implementation schedules and to make the implementation process more repeatable and consistent. Through standardization and improved resource alignment, Steve has reduced the average implementation timeline by over a month, resulting in a much shorter timeline to return on investment for Traverse Systems clients.Steve holds a B.S. from Texas A&M in Industrial Engineering. When not working, Steve likes to spend time with his wife of over 24 years, their 3children, and doing anything and everything outdoors.
