The mission of Educational Assessment Professionals (EAP) is to assist colleges in developing and maintaining practical, sustainable assessment plans. EAP provides experienced professionals to help plan and implement actions that meet your goals for assessment, improvement, and accreditation.Our assessment consultants bring deep understanding of higher education administration, data analysis, assessment, accreditation, and strategic planning. We’ve accumulated significant experience in implementing best practices, models, and innovations that have meet the demands of accreditors, gained the approval of college faculty and staff, and made improvements to ensure the success of learners.

The Center provides a variety of online and in-person tutoring for all Ages and Subjects from k-12 to college. Services also include: Advanced Statistics, Test Prep, Homework Checking, Problem Solving, Common Core, GED, Math for Professional Certifications, SPC, PMP, CQA, CQE, ISO 9001, Six Sigma, and Lean Manufacturing. Special classes are offered by demand.

Primary responsibilities included integrating instructional and non-instructional units into a comprehensive institutional assessment program and strategic plan; developing an outcomes assessment plan; collaborating with faculty to enhance a culture of assessment; assisting chairs and faculty members in developing course and program outcomes; devising methods of assessing outcomes; centralizing reporting processes; tracking program reviews, and course, program, and competency assessment; developing annual reports on learning outcomes assessment to fulfill state or accreditation requirements; and, performing other duties related to enhancing systematic and useful assessment of student learning.

Served as the chief instructional officer; planed, organized, administered and supervised: curriculum assessment, evaluation and development, academic support services, total instructional program (credit and non-credit). Served as a regular member of the district senior administrative staff. Supervised the recruitment, orientation and evaluation of both full-time and part-time instructional faculty and staff within the goals of district policies. Assisted in development of new educational programs and supervised all instructional activities, including institutional assessment. Provided leadership and vision to strengthen and implement a variety of new and existing career, technical, and transfer programs, including distance education, leading to certificates associate, and baccalaureate degrees. Demonstrated leadership in the development of new college programs from inception to implementation.

Managed all aspects of campus academic programs including campus compliance with district academic policies, supervision of faculty, served as the second ranking campus administrator and served in the absence of the Campus President, developed academic goals and policies in support of campus needs and the college's strategic plan.

Managed and provided leadership and oversight for all aspects of college’s academic and student service programs including accreditation. Developed and executed strategic initiatives for instructional programs, student services, and staff development. Provided leadership to develop and maintain a culture of assessment for continuously improving academic and non-academic programs. Reviewed program currency, students' success and program mix and made any necessary modifications, based on assessment practices, planning, demographics, and other research information. Implemented an outcomes-based program evaluation model. Anticipated the community and work force education, training and development needs through coordinated planning and program development. Initiated external partnerships and collaborations with public and private high schools and local colleges that served the educational needs for a diversity of student needs. Represented the College at community and campus events, in meetings with other institution personnel, and during accreditation processes. Planned, administered, and controlled budgets, maintained financial records, and produced financial reports. Appointed individuals to faculty positions, and evaluated their performance. Provided assistance to faculty and staff in duties such as teaching classes, conducting orientation programs, and scheduling events.

Responsible for campus instructional and academic programs in accordance with college policies, procedures and contractual agreements. Primary responsibility included transfer success and general education programs. Collaborated with district and other personnel on all issues related to academic affairs. Other responsibilities included promoting teaching and learning in pursuit of becoming a learning-based college; providing overall leadership for student success initiatives; planning and implementing campus/college goals; program development and evaluation, supervising Division Chairs; managing budgets; and establishing internal and external partnerships.
