I am a seasoned IT leader with over 30 years of experience in various aspects of information technology, such as architecture, application development, data engineering, reporting, management, and integration. I have worked for leading businesses in diverse industries, such as finance, protein production, insurance, and internet services, delivering efficient and high quality solutions that align with business strategies, goals, and requirements.In my current role as Deputy Director of Network and Telecommunication Services at Oklahoma State University, I lead a team of 16 technical professionals, supporting over 40,000 students, staff and faculty across 9 campuses of the Oklahoma A&M system. In my career I have championed process improvements to the SDLC by incorporating ITIL, Agile, and Scrum methodologies, for which I hold the Professional Scrum Master I certification. I also maintained strong vendor relationships and managed vendor risk, along with ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Additionally, I successfully integrated IT systems during three bank acquisitions, demonstrating my expertise in systems integration and change management.
