For the past 30 years I have specialized in the Aerospace and National Security arena, with the last 15 years in Profit & Loss Management of high-growth R&D and Engineering Services business units focused on solving complex challenges in the Cyber, Space, and Electronic Warfare/Signals Intelligence arena. My expertise encompasses both the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community sectors, and I have led entrepreneurial organizations with double digit growth for more than 20 years. An Air Force veteran and former Flight Test Engineer, Cyber Operations Planner, and member of the team that pioneered Cyber Operations (Offensive and Defensive) in the Air Force, I am a domain expert in the field. As a Capture Manager, I am personally responsible for the capture of more than $2B in multi-year Cyber and R&D programs within the Air Force, Navy, Army, and Intelligence Community. As an executive in one of the fastest growing privately held Cyber companies, my focus is on building entrepreneurial organizations, recruiting and mentoring highly qualified and motivated teams, and delivering maximum value to our clients. As a coach and mentor I work with emerging and experienced executives, mid-career professionals, and with entrepreneurs to increase their success and effectiveness.
