Business representative for supply chain and production on cross-functional ERP implementation team. Conducted data conversion from legacy system, mapped and documented business process changes, set and tested MPS/MRP parameters, conducted User Acceptance Testing, delivered end-user training. Reported to corporate Director of IT.

Led team of 30 in a multi-category $25 million ready-to-eat food facility. Warehouse functions, inventory control, raw material replenishment, production scheduling, capacity planning, daily/weekly KPIs, and driving process improvements in those areas. Other responsibilities: budgeting, sales forecasting, coordinating new product launches, maintaining planning models/systems, and cost center management. Reported to the site General Manager.

Led a team of 70 as the site authority for $5 million fresh food-to-go production facility. Supply chain and manufacturing operations, people & food safety, commercial development, USDA/FDA compliance, and financial performance. Reported to the Chief Executive Officer.
