After working at a senior level for the spirit and wine distributor Enotria&Coe, I have now moved on to a more challenging role within the FTS Group, which owns multiple subsidiary companies in the transport, haulage, construction, payroll/accountancy services, recruitment services and workplace training industries.FTS are also challenged with part of their 5 year growth plan, the opening of its new RDC in the south in 2017 with the intention of a further RDC in the north as early as the first quarter in 2018This comes with the intentions of working towards making FTS Group a market leader in these industries, implementing various models to achieve these goals.

After seven years at FTS, in January 2016 I joined the Enotria business. I will be contributing to the incredible growth of Enotria, increasing the Transport and distribution network in the UK at their new DC in Park Royal NW10, facilitating the national growth and supporting the preparation for a very successful future.

I started at FTS in 2008 and since then the company has changed rapidly, expanding into new markets and adapting to market requirements. FTS Recruitment Solutions is part of The FTS Group. We specialise in recruitment, haulage and workplace training within the the transport and industrial sectors.I started work as a contract manager working on contracts owned by DHL, one of the biggest being Poundland,FTS provided a manged service for them for over two years, applying an end to end solution for staff mangers and planners.Whilst also working with DHL on other contracts such as Arcadia (BHS), Clarks, Hugo Boss, Burberry and Next Home Delivery. After this, i became FTS's General Manager where i oversaw the whole operation, running the company including the financial and legal aspects.Recently, I have been promoted to Operations Director where I am responsible for the day to day running of the company, ensuring targets are met, departments are working in accordance with our mission statement and values, maintaining customer service and ensuring the company is compliant with the relevant legislation.

I managed projects in central London form the initial design to completion. I supplied consultancy services on a retained basis to large corporations around the city. I employed a team of ten designers, two planners and 25 contractors. I sold the business in 2008 to embark on a new career path in transport and logistics.

Increasing my experience on the roads in a HGV, i began work for Sainsbury's in December of 1993.

I drove HGV dry powder tankers for Napier from 1991 to 1993 as my first HGV driving job.

At Tate&Lyle I took care of all vehicle requirements including servicing and maintenance from their depot in Silvertown, London.
