• Lead recruiter and staffing project manager for 4 United Airlines stations: Newark International Airport, Raleigh-Durham International Airport, Pittsburgh International Airport & Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport.• Conduct screening of resumes, assess candidates to determine if their capabilities match the job requirements, telephone-based or in-person interviews, attending recruitment job fairs, school and/or community-based recruitment events, or other externally focused efforts.• Create a stellar candidate experience by identifying and anticipating candidates' needs, following issues to closure, and collaborating with the People Team to maximize the candidate experience and meet the organization's expectations.• Develop and execute sourcing plan through the local and national recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas.• Develops and executes robust recruiting strategies and communicates regularly with clients on the process, status, and feedback of external or internal candidates to fill new or vacant positions.• Partners closely with the hiring manager to deeply understand the requirements of different roles, functions, and how it fit into the organization.• Maintains current documentation on candidates’ qualifications and status in the appropriate staffing or tracking system, within compliance guidelines. Captures relevant data in the recruiting platform, leverages data to inform meaningful insights, records accurate record-keeping details with the utmost confidentiality, provides meticulous attention to detail, and offers compassionate assistance to employees and managers alike.• Sourcing activities may include the creation of an internal and/or external job posting, employee referrals, website advertising, LinkedIn posting, social posting, or other sourcing methods.
