My experience includes the entire life cycle of design, develop, and release of suspension components. I spent 4.5 years working in the design and release suspension department, where I developed an understanding of how to design suspension geometry, how to package parts and adjust the geometry as needed while still meeting established kinematic and compliance function objectives. After gaining 4.5 years of experience in this area, I decided it was time to learn how to develop a car, so I sought out a position in vehicle dynamics. In the past 10 years in vehicle dynamics, I have gained a lot of experience in how to develop a car, and have had plenty of opportunities to learn from some mistakes we made in the process.
