Coordinated efforts of the Marine Corps Aviation Learning Management System (MCALMS) group of programmers ensuring all courseware deliverables worked seamlessly at each training center, remained updated with all latest versions of training materials, and that all required reporting and analysis tools were customized for each of the training organizations. Coordinated with the V-22 Fast Response Group to incorporate aircraft upgrade and modifications training into formal schoolhouse training. Organized and led IPT meetings ensuring forward focused discussion of training system performance, team collaboration, and to identify and resolve risks and issues. Oversaw the efforts of three courseware review teams to ensure over 2500 hours of training courseware remained current with the aircraft.

Developed, planned, directed, and allocated assets for all Marine Corps aviation operations in Iraq resourcing a daily average of 180 aviation support requests that included combat, combat support and governance missions.
